Get Support

If you’re looking for support — for yourself or someone else — LIFT is here to help.

You don’t need a referral, and you don’t need to know exactly what you’re asking for. We’ll meet you where you are and help you figure out next steps.

Who can access LIFT?

LIFT is a non-coercive program. You do not need to stop using substances to access services.
